  2. FLOPPY Fluffware Software License Agreement

  4. GRANT OF LICENSE

  6. This agreement allows you to use one copy of the SOFTWARE which is 
  7. licensed as a single product.The SOFTWARE is in use on a computer when 
  8. it is loaded into the temporary memory or installed in the permanent memory
  9. of that computer.  This product cannot be used on a network.

  12. COPYRIGHT and RESTRICTIONS

  14. The SOFTWARE is owned by FLOPPY Fluffware Software and is protected 
  15. by copyright laws and retains any rights not expressly granted.

  17. LIMITATION of LIABILITIES

  19. In no event will FLOPPY Fluffware Software be liable for any indirect, 
  20. special, incidental, economic or consequential damages arising from the 
  21. inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if FLOPPY Fluffware Software has been 
  22. advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no event will 
  23. FLOPPY Fluffware Software's liability exceed the amount paid for the 
  24. SOFTWARE.  Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of 
  25. liability for consequential or incidental damages,the above may not
  26. apply to you.
